Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrives damaged.
Damage in Transit
All artworks are carefully packaged.
If an artwork arrives damaged, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
Shipping
Artworks are shipped internationally, framed or unframed as stated.
Once shipped, responsibility for the artwork transfers to the buyer, except in cases of transit damage.
Copyright
Copyright remains with the artist.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer reproduction, resale, or commercial rights.
Care
To preserve the artwork, avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperature changes.
